Farmgirl Threads is my Embroidery Company. I have some fun projects going on. Everything from a Wedding Dress to some house flags/garden flags. Above all with the Embroidery is that is something I love to do.
Cooking is another passion of mine. I will cook anything you put in front of me. I cook the same recipe over and over all the while changing it until it is perfect!! My Bisque is of course my Best friends favorite, but I recently taught myself to make Beef Wellington! Move over Gordon Ramsey. It was Wonderful.
But my Cupcakes? Oh so good. They seem to be a big hit at all my gatherings. Oh yes, I entertain as well. Nothing better than a BBQ at the house and just hanging out with friends.
Another thing I love? My Porch! Who knew? ME! I love to sit on the porch with a nice cup-o-joe or some tea and watch the birds. I can sit there for hours. In the Winter I bundle up and sit out there for a shorter time, but the crispness of it is wonderful. On the Porch is where life reaches out to touch me. I can converse with God, read my Bible, read a book, watch the wildlife, and just be. It is a comfort zone.
I also get the added plus of Balloons! Yes, that is right. Balloons. They take off and land in my yard. I love it. I sometimes am awakened by the sound of the balloons being put up outside and am able to watch them fly over thru my skylights.
Well, this is a wonderful way to get my thoughts down on "paper" and I think it will be a fun disaster. Thanks for reading. If you have ideas for me to write about, investigate, try to make, or just chat about, let me know! I think I will not only post things I love to do but maybe some recipes I have made? How about some fun tutorials for crafts and maybe some scrapbook stuff? I also am thinking of becoming a consultant for ????? Well, I will spill that to ya after the 1st of the Month.
